They
usually host their tastings on the balcony, overlooking these gorgeous vineyards,
but as it was raining, we sat inside, enjoying the warmth of their beautiful
home, as well as their hospitality.
Their
tasting room, which was an old barn and subsequent heritage site, overlooks their
breathtaking estate and will be opening sometime in July or early August. They
will serve their exquisite wines here, along with some cheese and charcuterie
platters. The inside area is still incomplete, so I could not take any photos.
We’re leaving the unveiling for their opening, so watch this space.
